Things have changed. The killer was found, not that it will put anyone to rest. The killer, also known as The CopyCat, has tormented the residents for the past five months until he was finally caught as of July 17, 2012. That was the end of it for the tormenting and playing with people's minds. Right? Wrong. The residents of South Beach and Newport both suffered great losses thanks to the Cat's last act of hate. The college was bombed, the elementary bombed, along with the hospital and mall. Multiple shootings took place in both towns, on the beaches and even in stores. The cities... were wiped out. Threatening to become a ghost town if someone didn't help put them back on their feet. Well those someones weren't far off... The biggest families of Newport and South Beach would be the Sabers and Silverias. They own everything, have connections all over the world and are two of the most powerful families in the state. Not to mention the richest. After the bombing, both families stepped in, they both put forth the effort and finances to build their beloved towns back up to their former glory, only better. More shops, more clubs, more tourist attractions. But, every good thing has a dark side. People know what goes on in the many clubs, shops, restaurants, and small businesses but no one will talk about it. Without the shady business... There wouldn't be any towns. Even the Sabers, the angels some would say, have a shady side but no one acknowledges it. Why should they? The Silverias come from a long line of Mafia families. Phillip Silveria and his siblings run various shops and clubs that conduct quiet drug runnings and all sorts of illegal activity under the dancefloors. Killings have happened, but, as they would say, not to the people who don't deserve it. They have connections in Brazil and Morocco, along with a couple of other places that help import and export goods on the DL. It's a side to be reckoned with. Now the Sabers are the ones who don't have blood money, but come from old money. It's been in the family for centuries on both sides. The Sabers and Corteses work with a company in NYC that helps bring in the big bucks as well as connections in Spain and England. People help them as much as they help others. Their shady business? Well no one has come out to confess just what they do. Maybe they've killed their witnesses to keep quiet? Who knows. There's forces in the underground, illegal forces at work here. With the ongoing feud between the families, a feud over a tortured woman and the man held responsible but got off scott free, burns brighter than ever. But which side are you going to pick? Silverias? with their illegal, under the table businesses? Or the Sabers, with their devotion to families and donating to charities, yet shady side no one has heard of as of yet? Or will you be neutral and unprotected from the crossfire between the two? The families protect their own. Who will protect you?
